I founded SmarterLight.com in 2007 with the notion of wanting to do something that was both good for the planet and a great business. I am an experienced entrepreneur who has built many businesses over the years. I have over 25 years of business experience; but actually I am just a normal guy who wants to make a difference in the world, and leave it a better place than when we got here. With that intention in mind, I built this company around a few basic principles:

- Give our honest opinion on all products and comparisons

These are some pretty big commitments, which I take very seriously. I believe that successful companies in this new millennium will strive to balance the needs of the organization, the customer, the planet and the future.
